Our Story

SBL Group started its real estate journey in 1995 with the consolidation and aggregation of plots and land blocks, drawing on the founders’ extensive 23 years of experience in the field. It currently ranks as Gurugram’s fifth-largest real estate developer by landbank.

As Gurugram emerged as a key player in India’s growth story, strategically positioned and rapidly transforming into a major financial, industrial, and IT hub, recognizing the increasing demand for quality real estate, SBL Group ventured into real estate development to meet the housing and commercial needs of the burgeoning population.
